Small team. Big ambition.

We started Agion because we saw something broken: organizations want to deploy a lot of AI agents, but there's no governance infrastructure to run them responsibly. So we built one. Not by hiring hundreds of engineers, but by building an AI-native team that proves the model we're selling — that small teams with the right platform can outperform organizations ten times their size.

Agion was founded in Helsinki in 2025 to solve a fundamental gap in enterprise AI: organizations want to deploy AI agents at scale, but there is no governance infrastructure to run them responsibly. The team builds an AI-native operating system that lets business leaders design governed agentic processes in minutes, with built-in compliance, sovereign deployment, and organizational intelligence that compounds over time.

What drives us

We build from conviction, not from playbooks

Governance as accelerator

Most people treat governance as overhead. We think it's what makes speed possible. When compliance teams trust what runs, business leaders can move without friction. Every action on the record, nothing hidden.

Trust through transparency

Every agent decision is traceable. Every audit trail is tamper-proof. Nothing is ever perfect, but we work alongside our customers to create agentic processes they can genuinely trust — because trust is built together, not promised in a pitch deck.

Your intelligence, not ours

The data your organization generates, the intelligence it builds — that should compound as your advantage. Not ours. Not your cloud vendor's. Yours.

Outsized ambition, grounded in reality

We're a small team challenging companies with armies of thousands of engineers and consultants. That's not naivety — it's our thesis. AI-native teams will redefine what's possible. We're proving it every day.

If this resonates, we should talk

We're looking for organizations that want to own their AI operations — not rent them. If you believe governance and intelligence should compound as your advantage, not someone else's, let's talk.
